At the short time I have been at Jay & Co Barristers and Solicitors, I have had the priviledge of appearing for a range of summary offence matters to instructing on indictable matters. With the guidance of the firm’s principal lawyer Mr. Esan Pilai, I have been successful in getting the best outcomes for our clients. I generally appear at the Dandenong and Frankston Magistrates’ Court for summary offences relating to thefts, assaults, recklessy causing serious injury, possession of drug and depedence. I have also appeared for IVO matters for both the applicant and respondent. I also instruct on indictable offences at the County Court. Lastly, I have been lucky enough to appear for sentence appeals at County Court.
